THIS CONTEST IS ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA (EXCEPT FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC), AND IS VOID IN ALL OTHER JURISDICTIONS AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, MUNICIPAL OR LOCAL LAW.

This contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada except for Puerto Rico, the province of Quebec and any jurisdiction where this contest would be prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Employees of the company listed on this website, TheBetterCompany.com and their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiary and parent companies, sales representatives, marketing affiliates and partners, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families or household of each are not eligible.

Many means will be employed that enable people to enter the contest. These may include printed entry forms, website form, interactive system, kiosk, e-mail, etc. People are required to have a valid e-mail address by which to be contacted or a telephone line. Online e-mail addresses are available FREE at http://www.hotmail.com. A browser may be required to access contest forms and is available FREE at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/ie6/. The Macromedia Flash Player plug-in may be required to access some dynamic content, and is available free at http://www.macromedia.com/downloads/.

We will offer random prizes throughout the 2003 calendar year. The type of prizes we offer and the frequency will be at our sole discretion. The odds of winning any prize is dependant on the number of entries we receive.

Limit one entry per person per visit to partner website/company per month. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries; computer system, phone line, electronic equipment, computer hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature or for problems downloading entries from the website or for any other technical problems related to website entries. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

The contest is ongoing and started on November 1, 2002. Our first prize was awarded in December - a DVD player and 2 premium DVD's. As we release a prize, an entrant will be randomly selected. That entrant will be contacted via e-mail. Said entrant has 7 days to contact us via e-mail or phone. Upon contacting us, they have 14 days to complete and return contest release and provide us with their picture. Failure to do either will result in forfeit of prize. Completion of both will make the player the winner.

We reserve the right to close this contest any time after the calendar year of 2003. After the closing date of the contest, any unclaimed portion of any prize(s) will be randomly drawn on a monthly basis at the sole discretion of Optimum Gravity, Inc. until all prizes are given away.

Optimum Gravity, Inc. and the "partner companies" reserve the right to add more prizes at any time and determine winners as they see fit, either through random draw or player requirement.

By entering, participants, (a) agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges; (b) agree to release Sponsor and their respective employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this contest or awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledges that Sponsor, and their respective employees and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose; and (c) consent to use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this sweepstake without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
